Old Town House

More space and more light in an old Palma house.

Window bench with patterned cushions and large-format light floor

Fewer walls, more light.

Full renovation of an old house in Palma's historic centre: fewer small rooms, more space for kitchen, bathroom and living room, and natural light throughout.

Location: Palma old town
Work: Full renovation of an old house

The project

An old house in Palma's historic centre, divided into small rooms.

The full renovation removed those small spaces to make way for larger rooms — kitchen, bathroom and living room — and let natural light into the whole house.

What NSG did

Full renovation of the house.
Small rooms joined into larger spaces: kitchen, bathroom and living room.
Natural light brought in throughout the house.
